Journey continues.....
Today our classes restarts after the onam vacation. The first section was by Ancy ma'am. She enquired about the onam holidays and about our sem exam. She also enquired if anyone is suffering from fever. She also took attendence. Next section was by Giby ma'am, Benedict sir was also there he said a story and welcomed us to our class after vacation. He also asked us to take Vaccination without fail as a part of precautions. Then Giby ma'am taught us about remembering and different types of memory its steps and process. The last session was by George sir, he taught us the yougasana 'sooryanamaskaram'.
